Cancellation Policy

When you make a reservation, we hold that spot usually without a deposit. Should you cancel within 48 hours of pickup, a cancellation fee of 50% of the fare will be assessed. We will always try to work and reschedule so the fee can be waived. Our goal is to provide superior service at a fair price. Cancellation notices can be sent via phone, text, or email. No cancellation fee of $50.
To verify that your reservation has been canceled and to ensure proper credit, please make sure that you receive a cancellation notice for each canceled reservation. All canceled reservations, regardless of when they were canceled, with a $400 or more refund due will incur a 5% credit card processing fee to be deducted from the balance even if given proper notice. Unless services are reserved and pre-paid, prices may increase without notice.
