Lehigh Valley Black Car Protocol and Precautions for Covid-19

The health and safety of our passengers, partners, and team is our top priority. We have implemented various protocols and precautionary measures to provide the highest level of protection for our clients and staff.

Comprehensive Health and Safety Protocols

As vaccines are now readily available, we expect that most people who want a vaccine have had the opportunity to be fully vaccinated, and we have adjusted our protocols accordingly. However, please note that our protocols change as conditions warrant, so the following protocols may change between the time you book your transportation and when your transportation occurs:

 

• Face coverings are optional for drivers & passengers. Drivers will wear a face mask at passenger's request. If requested, all passengers in the vehicle must wear masks.

• We do not provide service for any passenger with COVID-19.

• We do not provide services for any passenger that clearly exhibits common symptoms of COVID-19 such as fever, dry cough, and/or shortness of breath.

 

Service to passengers not following our protocols will be immediately discontinued with no refund.

Precautionary Measures
 

1. Each Chauffeur’s temperature is taken twice daily. Chauffeurs that are sick are not allowed to return to work without testing

2. Chauffeurs use hand sanitizer pre- and post-trip, and after handling any luggage

3. Hand sanitizer is available to all our guests

4. Chauffeurs will open and close all doors and trunks and will not shake hands, to eliminate the need of our passengers to touch anything

5. All our vehicles are deep cleaned and sanitized daily before leaving the lot, which includes a CDC-approved aerosol spray. All contact surfaces that are used by both passengers and chauffeurs are wiped down

6. Between every trip, high-traffic areas in every vehicle will be cleaned with CDC-approved antibacterial wipes

While these measures help to create a safer cabin environment, we do not and cannot guarantee a virus free environment.
